Zed Williamson is the founder and CEO of TrackableMed, a medical growth platform established in 2011. With a background in advertising, Zed became frustrated by the industry's lack of accountability and decided to focus on delivering tangible results for healthcare professionals.
He emphasizes that every system is perfectly designed to achieve its current results and believes that by identifying and addressing system constraints, meaningful change can be achieved. Through TrackableMed, Zed applies neuroscience and behavior change principles to help private medical practices and med-tech companies optimize their systems.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and lives in Des Moines, Iowa, with her two daughters and two labradoodles.
Erik Trattler is VP of Private Practice Partnerships at Physician Growth Accelerator, where he leads business development and drives strategic client partnerships. With over 17 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Erik’s mission is simple: help private practice physicians build practices that run with clarity, control, and consistent growth.
Before joining TrackableMed Erik held leadership roles in sales and marketing at Johnson & Johnson and several MedTech startups, working across the U.S. and Europe. That frontline experience fuels his deep understanding of what it takes to solve real problems and spark measurable change. He’s a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) and a proud member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), with a passion for helping independent physicians stay independent.

She works closely with ownership and third parties to ensure accurate reporting, operational continuity, and smart cash flow management. Before joining TrackableMed, she spent more than a decade in a family office setting managing the financial affairs of multiple generations across complex ownership structures, and provided consulting services to other family office clients through Strata Services, LLC.
